We have five wonderful elves here at Princess and the Pea Events! Each visit is assigned based on availability, so we’re unable to take specific elf requests unless your child has previously been visited by that elf in 2024. No matter which of our elves joins you, the magic and quality of our service will always be the same.

1 Entertainer
Up to 12 Children- 20 Minute Door Knock Visit = £60
- 30 Minute Home Visit = £75
- 45 Minute Home Visit = £110
- 1 hour party = £140
- 1.5 hour party = £190
- 2 hour party = £240
2 Entertainers
Up to 25 Children- 1 hour party = £240
- 1.5 hour party = £290
- 2 hour party = £340
Virtual Packages
Any amount of Children- Pre-Recorded Video (1 character) = £15
- Pre-Recorded Video (2 characters) = £30
- Virtual Party (1 character) = £60
- Virtual Party (2 characters) = £80
Meet and Greet
For fetes, fairs and equivalent- £30 an hour for one princess
- For additional princess £20 per hour per princess

We are based in Tonbridge, Kent. We travel for free to destinations in a 20 mile radius. We are happy to travel to further destinations for a small fee of £25.
We take a £30 deposit upon booking to secure your date which is non-refundable but transferable to a different date if you have to postpone. Then the full payment will be made one week prior to your event. *For example for a 1 hour party with 2 Entertainers it would be £30 for the deposit and £210 for the remaining balance that must be made one week before the event.
*Please be aware that our running orders are a guideline of what your party may include. Each party is tailored to the individual children on the day due to their attention span and age. We aim to include the list but each party is unique and individual.*
